Ramada Wisconsin Dells

Stayed two nights in a suite of two rooms, everything was to expectations, staff was friendly. Friendly and accommodating, close to attractions. Quiet with the exception of a buzzing fridge in the room.

We were okay our first day and found we often had to enter through the front lobby as the security slides were not operating properly, we had to remake our key cards to enter twice. They demagnetized as well but still did not work on the sides, we were located at the other end of the building. Wish they had outdoor pool. On our last day the room was not cleaned at all and I had called to have it done around a 11:30 am. When returned around 6:30 pm in the evening, I called and the hotel office manager came up and delivered the towels and emptied the trash and offered to make the beds. We were on a time schedule, and were late to a show, which was okay but inconvenient for us to walk in as a late arrival. We also lost our front row seats to others and had to sit in cheaper seats at the rear of the building. Needless to say, my wife and family were upset. Great place to stay. It is small yet extremely clean and the workers are extremely polite and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the hotel was under remodel and the early morning noises were not pleasant.

I stayed there 2 nights and requested a wake-up call for 6am. I didn't get it until 7am. I called to complain and they said they would have a technician fix their system. I set up another wake up call for the next day at 6am again. I didn't receive it until 7am. We were late for our family function due to their wake up service. I liked everything about it, The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time
there and I would recommend it to others.

The pool area should be monitored closely I recommend close-circuit cameras at the front desk to monitor the pool area and doors, violations were clear, kids were diving into the pool and teenagers would block the exit open a posted violation letting cool air into the pool area and increasing heating expense for the hotel. ...read more

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ramada and would go back again! My teen daughter and girlfriend loved the pool and free use of the internet.
